Message from the Mountain 005

February was a very busy month up here on the STAIT mountain.

Busy, tough, challenging, disappointing, confusing, exhilarating, All words to describe some of the emotions faced, as we navigate daily life.

Busy

Meeting people, talking about what makes STAIT unique, developing new products, supporting the team.

Tough

Having to take decisions that affect acquaintances, and saying goodbye to people who sadly didn’t deliver on their word.

Challenging

Fine tuning formulations to bring amazing new products to life for our STAIT community.

Disappointing

When you find people in trusted positions didn’t do what they said they did, or what they promised in a reasonable time frame they outlined, breaking trust along the way.

Confusing

When trying to navigate the health market, to find what works and what doesn’t, when choosing tools to test out. Facing a choice of two similar products, one costing $50, one $500, when there is no noticeable difference in the marketing blurb, it reinforces to me why the STAIT message is so important – taking away the confusion of which supplement to buy.

Exhilarating

Watching the MyNextOp class of February 2024 smash through all their limits to thrive during the 24 hour immersion course up on the Gold Coast

I am sure the above sounds familiar, as daily life isn’t always plain sailing for most of us, life is complicated sometimes, and when it’s not, we can always make it so.

I think it's always good to remind ourselves where we have come from, and where we would like to go, so that we can celebrate the trajectory we are on.

One of the best ways I have found personally to do this is the Dear Diary Process, and book, by Stuart Walter - the Elite Performance Mindset Coach to over 44 World Champions, and thousands more successful people, working with Stuart is a marvel to say the least.

I have always been fascinated by the power of the subconscious mind – having used “tools’ before to help me pass exams, do well at sport, and also to calm the daily monkey mind. However, working with Stuart is the next level, as he integrates many techniques, harnessing the power of the subconscious mind, so that it creates the environment to create your dreams.

Now clearly, those dreams in some way need to be realistic – I am never going to be the lead in Swan Lake, although that might be funny to watch, but for my targets, using his process helps.

Setting out clearly, as if its already in play, without limitation or doubt, over the last year, Samantha and I have done our Dear Diary entries, every evening before bed. And whilst things don’t always happen as you expect, or in the time frame we hope, what I can 100% say is that where we are now, one year on, is way better than we could ever have imagined.

Things don’t always show up the way we wish, but 100% of the time they show up in the manner of what we need, and generally it's better than we could ever hope for.

For Sam and I, it's such a gift to be able to develop our resilience using the tools gleaned from our partners at MyNextOp, and its amazing to be the creators of our life, using the Dear Diary Process.

What is clear to me, is that life is a journey, not a destination, and even though we have our targets in place, and we focus on the life we wish to create, balancing the vision with the resilient mind-set, helps to make every day as productive as it can be.

I highly recommend you check out the work of both Scott Evennett at MyNextOp, and Stuart Walter, because both provide amazing support to anyone who wants to create the best version of themselves.

As for Sam and I, we enjoy road-testing all we recommend, because we love to grow, and share.

Until next month,
Shaun, Co-Founder

  • Hi Shaun and Sam
    I’m 47 years young 😉
    Run a farm/ property
I’ve been using stait for two months now to complement my exercise routine which is several hours per day as I prepare my body for the Mynextop events. I run/walk up too 20 km a day , train in weights and swimming.
I’ve noticed a big difference in how balanced I feel, especially if I forget to take my sups, feel flat .
The tea and superfood I can’t do without , I eat like a horse and the superfood noticeably boosts my energy levels filling the gaps my diet lacks .
Stait is a daily non negotiable for me
The proof is in the results as well as supporting local Australian made products
    Thank you stait team 🦾🔥❤️
