Hi, my name is Benn, 

I am a fitness / health fanatic that also runs a growing electrical business in the Gold Coast, Queensland.

Running a business is a stressful gig, so to stay at the top of my game mentally, physical activity in a non-negotiable for me and consists of a mixture of cross fit style training, Hyrox, running, really anything that keeps the body moving and strong.
