How Former Australian Special Forces Soldier, Scott Evennett, Takes Charge of His Mental Health
Scott Evennett served within the Australian Defence Force from January 2005 until October 2012.
In 2008, Scott successfully completed selection into the Special Forces and served as a Commando within the Second Commando regiment until his retirement from active service in 2012.
After leaving the military Scott set about establishing his fitness, high performance & mental development business ventures – The Commando Tough training facility and military styled selection events that were awarded local business of the year within the first 12 months of operations.
Every day, Scott continues to motivate and inspire others by sharing his mindset and positive energy on social media. Maintaining his mental and physical fitness standards at the highest level continuously as an example.
