HOW TO USE
STAIT FOR MEN
Adults : Take four capsules each day –– two in the morning (or at lunch) and two at night with a meal or as directed by a healthcare professional.
First Timers : When taking STAIT for Men for the first time, we recommend the recommended dosage for a minimum of two months. In clinical trials, results were experienced after 6 – 8 weeks. In rare cases, some men may need 10 – 12 weeks to start noticing the benefits.
STAIT RECOVER
Consume 5 days each week.
Add one tablespoon (approx. 20g) to 200ml of filtered water or your daily smoothie.
Best Taken: In a smoothie each morning or during the day for optimum health and well-being.

Three months ago, I began taking the STAIT for Men twice daily in combination with the greens each morning. I am excited to provide Shaun and Samantha with an update on the terrific benefits that the STAIT supplements have made to my overall health and well-being.
The first significant benefit has been the quality of my sleep, which has now been consistent for the first time in my life. The benefits have been profound to my energy and cognitive function, in particular, in the early mornings. The gym and cardio have been part of my life for health and well-being and high-performance sports for over 35 years. With my busy schedule, I have to train in the small hours of the night and waking up feeling refreshed from a sound deep sleep has been amazing.
I am a very disciplined regimented person in all I do and have been vigilant to be consistent with the STAIT supplements every day. Hands down the best supplements on the market. I've had times without STAIT and I no doubt notice the difference both physically and mentally when its missing from my daily intakes.
